Dustin Liu is a first-year PhD student in Management and Organizations at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan.

Before starting his doctoral work at Michigan, he served as the Senior Associate Director at the NYU Stern Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing leading program strategy, programming and partnerships. He was previously the Associate Director of the Stanford Life Design Lab and a Lecturer at the Stanford d.school.

He has worked as a Senior Facilitator for the Experience Institute, a Principal Advisor for EBDI and leads a coaching & advisory practice, fuhzool. Through these roles, he partners with senior leaders to diagnose leadership behaviors, organizational culture and team performance.

Dustin holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Masters of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
